La Agro is a new born company which was formed to not only make a profit but also to provide a good service to farmers and then consumers in a system where everyone obtains some degree of benefit. We have always believed that it is our national responsibility to protect our farmers and our quality and prices reflect that.

We are mainly focused on TC banana plants for the moment with plans for a potential expansion in the distant future. Our main aim is to issue good, healthy plants of high quality at the minimum price in such a way that both farmers and consumers will benefit. We provide consultations, information and solutions to the farmers for free despite the costs involved.

At the moment our capacity is 30k plants per month. We use the latest technology during this process which allows us to maintain the quality and reduce the production and transport costs. Furthermore this is first time in Sri Lanka that one company has had control over the production of mother plants, the laboratory and the hardening processes. Our team closely monitors these three steps to ensure optimum quality in the final products. These features are unique to La Agro and because of that we have utmost confidence in our final products.
